Thanks oneway. First I'd like to say that I share oneway's excitement and optimism about this new venture. As hifi's newest member, it's clear that I have a big reputation to live up to. I'm excited by that challenge. I had some other offers on the table, the details of which I can't discuss due to non-disclosure agreements, but I think America and, indeed, all of cyberspace sees what I see in hifi: a commitment to excellence. I know that change, by its very nature, can create stress and uncertainty for all. Let me assure you that my top priority is to get on board with the mission of hifidelity, minimize the transition period, and become a productive member of this corner of the web. In the near term, you can expect to see more of what brought you to hifidelity in the first place: ridonkulously bold commentary flavored with a touch of hip hop and a twist of techno-geek. Look out AOLers, hifidelity comin atchya.
I'll open it up to questions at this point.

You've mentioned that you are up to the challenge of maintaining HiFi's high standard of commentary; Are there any changes you are hoping to implement now that you're an official member of the team?

hi, question for T.J.: are there any specific topics that you are guaranteed NOT to talk about as a lead blogger on HiFi?

Point of order: All further questions will be addressed to The Dude or Oneway to maintain decorum. I understand you may have gotten nervous asking The Dude, your hero, a question, Matt, so we'll let it slide. Relax, man, despite his no-nonsense demeanor, The Dude is a friendly guy.
one more question for The Dude: if you could have any celebrity (deceased or living) post in response to one of your blogs, who would your top 5 and why?
-matt
Over here. Yes. Yeah, hi, please comment on the current goings-on at www.jeremiahcox.blogspot.com in response to this signing.
ooooohhh, matt got treated
The Dude? Excuse, me, The Dude? Hi, Kim Jong-Il from the Democratic People's Republic blog. Yeah. I just have a quick question. 'My Turn' reported that hifi may have "broken the bank" with this latest aquisition. Now, these allegations have proven to be false as no money has changed hands, but do you feel that you or hifi are responsible at all for the propegation of this rumor by not responding to deny these claims?
