the office

I've just finished watching all of the BBC series "the office" (both seasons and the two part BBC special). I've thought about it for a bit, and I'm pretty sure it's the funniest, most compelling, most poignant work I've ever seen in my life. Cheers to you, Ricky Gervais.

p.s. sorry I was gone for so long.

LOL. That good, huh? Maybe I'll try to hunt down the BBC portion after all. Have you seen Napoleon Dynamite yet? I haven't seen it myself yet, so I can't personally attest to its, um, poignancy- but its supposed to be of a like caliber. Enjoy!

the_dude . . . great post!

Linds, you MUST see The Office. It is definitely one of our favorite shows of all time. Some people we've introduced it to haven't liked it because it made them cringe too much, but Brent and I loved it for exactly that reason. The characters are so real that you do cringe, but I've never laughed so hard. Ricky Gervais is brilliant.
