The Huffington Post, which enjoys a link from this world-famous blog, is a leftist group blog headed by Arianna Huffington. Somehow a man with a razor-sharp sense of humor has posted two cynical, satirical posts on that site. His name is Greg Gutfield, and his topic of choice? Abortion. I don't know what is more entertaining, his posts, or the subsequent commentors frothing at the mouth in rage.

Something else that requires a bit more time, but worth a view is this debate between the preeminent military historian, Victor Davis Hanson, and Ms. Huffington (needs RealPlayer). The topic was scheduled to be "Is the United States an empire?", but Arianna unsuprisingly twisted the platform into the well-worn "No blood for oil" nonsense. Thankfully, Professor Hanson still blows her away with his insightful understanding of western civilization.
